Terumo is a global player in medical equipment and pharmaceutical products. We adapt this wooden booth for them time and again to fit the available space at new exhibition locations, ranging from 15 to 60 square meters. The booth is infused with sustainability, with every aspect carefully designed for reuse and minimizing environmental impacts.

The booth structure and walls are constructed using a B-matrix of PVC and wood panels, making them suitable for reuse after each exhibition. The raised floor system, made of MFC panels, can also be reused or recycled. Furthermore, all furniture and equipment in the booth, including counters, chairs, and tables, are intended for reuse after the exhibition. The lighting, ranging from various fixtures, is also reused in future installations, contributing to energy efficiency. In addition to practical elements, graphic elements and decorative items such as plants and ornaments are designed with reuse or recycling in mind.

All of this demonstrates our commitment to sustainability in booth design according to the Better Stands program and inspires others to embrace similar eco-conscious approaches.

With attention to budget and sustainability, some existing elements such as the kitchen and the aluminium frames have been preserved. The flooring has been replaced and the entire room freshened up with a new coat of paint. We’ve used the existing aluminium frames to create a new layout in the landscape office.

What happens when you give the concepts sustainability, efficiency and partnership to our design team? An exhibition stand that has it all! Not only the appearance of this exhibition stand has been more than successful, there is also a nice atmosphere and interaction thanks to the climbing wall: ‘You do it whilst climbing, that’s how easy it is to install electrical cabinets!’

In addition, the friendly stand crew and the lovely smell of fresh barista coffee complete the concept. Product demos on the touchscreens give the visitor a clear picture of the product range. Info columns always prove their worth as a sales tool at exhibition stands. Absolutely an added value as well!

This double decker stand is a wonderful example of creative product presentation and received a lot of attention in the large exhibition halls of Messe Frankfurt!

In 2020, Deceuninck participated with this stand at Polyclose, the largest event in the Benelux in the area of windows, doors, sun protection and facade cladding. Deceuninck products were integrated to the maximum at this stand. Thanks to the necessary attention to design and choice of materials, this double decker stand was a real winner.

In response, we presented a concept with stopping power. It was a smart & original design with a homely touch. With a combination of stylish visuals, a dynamic giant LED wall and attractive product islands, we focused on an ‘experience’ that appeals to all the senses. In the centre of the stand there was room for cooking demonstrations and a large hospitality area was provided. In short, it was a perfect mix!

Aktual designed the interior of this modern extension and designed the custom-made furniture: desks with drawers on rollers and steel legs, kitchen with built-in appliances, executive desk with coffee corner and a striking reception desk, …

In the entrance hall there is a quiet atmosphere with a focus on the brand. The sleek white desk with LED line and wooden touch radiates hospitality and is undeniably the eye-catcher of the room.

ATAG shows the collections of its brands ASKO, ATAG, Pelgrim and ETNA in the Experience Center in Denderhoutem. Visitors can experience the beautiful kitchen appliances from this manufacturer with their own eyes.

The product advisors have all the space they need to welcome customers in a pleasant way and introduce them to the extensive product range. The space is also used for cooking demonstrations and culinary events for consumers or dealers.
