Purposes of processing
Aktual collects and processes customers’ personal data for customer and order management (e.g. customer administration, follow-up of orders/deliveries, invoicing, solvency monitoring, profiling and sending marketing and personalised advertising).

Legal basis(s) of processing (delete or indicate as the case may be)

Aktual guarantees that these recipients will take the necessary technical and organisational measures to protect personal data.

Retention period
Personal data processed for customer management purposes will be retained for the period necessary to comply with legal requirements (e.g. in the field of accounting).

Right of inspection, correction, deletion, limitation, objection and transferability of personal data
Customers have the right at all times to inspect their personal data and can correct them (or have them corrected) if they are incorrect or incomplete, have them deleted, have them restricted and object to the processing of personal data concerning them on the basis of Article 6.1 (e) or (f), including profiling on the basis of those provisions.
Moreover, customers have the right to obtain a copy (in a structured, common and machine-readable form) of their personal data and to have personal data forwarded to another company.
In order to exercise the above rights, customers are requested to:

Direct marketing
Customers have the right to object, free of charge, to any processing of their personal data for the purposes of direct marketing.
