Or you can drop by for a good cup of coffee at our office under the all-seeing eye of our company dog Basiel. Or we can come to your place with our team.
A great brainstorming session
During the brainstorming session we want to find out who your customers are and what your goals are. We ask you specific questions to gain good insight into what you want to achieve with your project. Which target group do you want to appeal to? Which product(s) do you want to emphasise? What is your corporate identity? …
Preliminary design and mood board
After the brainstorming session, our innovative design studio develops the concept. Your strategy and corporate identity are brought together in a creative design. In this phase, not only our certified interior architects are involved, but also the project manager and a technical manager assess the design. We then present our ideas to you and your team in the form of a 3D design and mood board. We listen carefully to your feedback. This starts a co-creative process through which we arrive at the perfect final design together.
Production in our workshop
We bring your new concept to life in our own high-tech workshop in Ghent (North Sea Port). Our production department consists of a strong team of carpenters, painters, decorators and other professionals. Under the leadership of an experienced technical manager, they will transform your project into its concrete form. After the finishing touch and a final inspection, they carefully prepare all the elements for transport to your location, anywhere in the world.
Assembly on site
Because we have our own logistics set up we are always flexible and punctual, whether it concerns a project at home or abroad. Our builders will assemble all the elements at your location and our painters and decorators will finish everything down to the smallest detail. You won’t have to worry about technical stuff. We take care of everything and ensure the perfect end result.
Service and assessment
Even after completion of your project, you can always reach us for questions or technical interventions, seven days a week! After delivery, we will gladly assess our joint project. Were your goals achieved? Do you have any tips or areas for improvement for us? We find this feedback very valuable and use it to perform even better in the future.
As an option, we can take care of the organisation of your trade show participation or corporate event. A surprising act, a cool cocktail bar, catering & cleaning service. We have a solution for everything.
Or have you ever thought about a virtual tour? This is a simulation of your space based on photos or a 3D design. You can add integrated sounds, videos, clickable objects, and the list goes on! Everything’s possible!
