Business Contact Days Antwerp is a regional B2B networking event organised by Xpo Group and Voka – Chamber of Commerce Antwerp-Waasland, which has been taking place in Antwerp Expo for two days since 2021 – always in odd-numbered years. Expert panels, striking keynotes, speed dates and a networking carousel for exhibitors underline the focus on qualitative connections.
The first edition in 2021 brought together 2,219 entrepreneurs; In 2023, the success was confirmed with 2,433 visitors, and in 2025, more than 2,500 visitors were received from 160–170 exhibitors. Survey showed that 40% of the visitors are CEOs, and no less than 80% are decision-makers. Participants vary from sole proprietorships to multinationals from sectors such as services, industry, construction, logistics, retail, transport and ICT. Additional programme components such as after-work drinks, speed dates, Voka keynotes and opening sessions enrich the concept.
The fair formulates itself as “putting your own region in the spotlight”, with a budget-friendly all-in stand module (including walls, carpet, lighting and electricity), attractive to SMEs. Antwerp Expo is located on the Ring Road and outside the low emission zone (LEZ), with parking options along Vogelzanglaan or via P+R, perfect by tram/bus/bicycle, and even accessible from Antwerp Airport via bus line 31.
Together, these elements form a powerful breeding ground for local SMEs, managers and decision-makers who want to grow, network and innovate within the Antwerp-Waasland region.

Getting there
Business Contact Days Antwerp takes place at Antwerp Expo (Jan van Rijswijcklaan 191, 2020 Antwerp), easily accessible by tram 2 or 6, bus 17 or 22 and train to Antwerp-Central or -South with a short walking distance.
There is parking along Vogelzanglaan (€8–10/day) and P+R Merksem, Luchtbal or Olympiade with tram shuttle, and Antwerp Airport is ~5 km away with bus 31.
