Why participate EXPODETERGO INTERNATIONAL?

Expodetergo International is the hub where quality, cost control and sustainability come together within the textile care chain. On the exhibition floor, you can see the entire flow—from intake and sorting to washing, drying, mangling, folding and packaging—as one integrated system. Visitors compare energy-efficient car washes, heat recovery, heat pump drying and low-temp processes that extend textile quality and reduce TCO.

The dry/wet-cleaning zone showcases the latest solvent alternatives and wet washing concepts, with a focus on safety, emissions and material retention. Digital & automation will feature live demos around sensoring, IoT monitoring, predictive maintenance, AI planning and robotics for sorting, feeding and stacking. RFID and barcode solutions provide end-to-end traceability—from laundry bag to customer—ensuring tight control of lead time, loss, and inventory.

For textile rental and healthcare, the focus is on infection prevention, validation of washing processes and process hygiene (separation of dirt/clean, air flows), including linen and workware logistics for high volumes. Sustainability routes show circular practices: water and energy benchmarking, chemical optimisation, microfibre reduction and refurbish/return flow of textiles.

In the knowledge programme, you will translate strategy into implementation with best practices on TCO calculation, retrofit vs. new construction, PIs/KPIs (kg/hour, kWh/kg, l/kg), safety and standardisation, financing and leasing and personnel & ergonomics (exosuits, lifting aids, workplace design). Matchmaking and solution sprints help to formulate a roadmap: from rapid energy gains to end-to-end digitization and sustainable linen management.
