Why participate GREEN EXPO?
Green Expo is a Belgian trade fair for the private and public green sector and takes place every two years in Flanders Expo Ghent. The fair is a meeting place for everyone who is professionally active in garden and park construction, tree care, urban green space management and landscape architecture. During the anniversary edition in 2024, more than 10,000 visitors came together to discover the latest trends, techniques and products.
Green Expo is a trade fair (B2B) and offers a broad program with conferences, demonstrations, awards and zones such as the Bosbar, the Green Speakers and the Phytorefresher Training. The fair focuses on innovation, sustainability and knowledge sharing, and stimulates cross-pollination between public and private players. Visitors can renew their phytolicence, participate in lectures on biodiversity and soil health, and learn about circular solutions and smart technologies. Green Expo is not just a trade fair, but a platform for growth, collaboration and future-oriented visions of green. Thanks to its central location, strong substantive programme and broad sector representation, Green Expo is a fixed value for the Belgian green sector.

Target audience
Green Expo focuses on garden contractors, greenkeepers, garden and landscape architects, tree growers, green services, engineering firms, retailers and policymakers who are active in the construction, management and innovation of green spaces.
Getting there
Green Expo takes place in Flanders Expo Ghent, Maaltekouter 1 — a location that is easily accessible for visitors from home and abroad. You can easily get there by tram (line 1), bus, or by bike via the cyclists’ bridge on Derbystraat.
By car, follow exit 14 of the E40 towards Parking B & C of The Loop.
The site is wheelchair accessible, which ensures an inclusive and comfortable exhibition visit.

Green Expo welcomed more than 220 exhibitors and more than 10,000 professional visitors in 2024. Visitors come to discover trends, gain knowledge, network and compare products or services within the green sector.
