Why participate PROWOOD?
ProWood is a trade fair for the woodworking industry and takes place every two years in Flanders Expo, Ghent. The fair focuses on machines, tools, materials and technologies for wood processing and interior production.
Visitors will find solutions for CNC machining, sawing and milling machines, surface treatment, fastening systems and software for production optimization. Innovation and automation are receiving a lot of attention, with presentations of digital workflows and energy-efficient processes.
The programme includes demonstrations, lectures and networking opportunities for professionals from joinery, furniture production, interior design and related sectors. ProWood offers an overview of trends and technologies for companies that want to modernize their production and make it more sustainable.

Prowood focuses on managers and production managers of woodworking companies, carpenters and interior builders, suppliers and distributors, as well as engineers, R&D teams and buyers who invest in machines, software and finishing processes.
Getting there
Prowood takes place in Flanders Expo in Ghent.
The location is accessible by tram 1 and via various P+R locations around The Loop.
There are more than 4,500 parking spaces on site and charging points near hall 3 and car park A4.
By car you travel via the E40 and R4 with clear signage.
From Brussels Airport or Antwerp Airport, the location can be reached by train, tram or taxi.
Exhibitors and visitors
Prowood received around 15,659 trade visitors in 2021, while the 2024 edition brought together more than 250 exhibitors. The visitors are mainly decision-makers who invest in machines, software, materials and production optimization.
