Why participate SIAL?

SIAL Paris is an international trade fair for the food industry and takes place every two years at Parc des Expositions Paris Nord Villepinte. The event has been around since 1964 and has grown to become one of the largest platforms for food innovation worldwide. Bringing together thousands of professionals from more than 120 countries, SIAL provides an overview of products, technologies and trends that are shaping the future of food.

The exhibition floor covers ten sectors and more than 400,000 products, ranging from raw materials and ingredients to turnkey solutions and packaging concepts. Innovation plays a central role, with special zones such as SIAL Innovation Awards and Startup Pitches, where companies present their latest ideas and technologies. Visitors gain insight into current themes such as sustainability, health, digitalization and new consumption patterns.

The program includes keynotes from international experts, panel discussions, and SIAL Summits discussing market trends, regulations, and technological developments. In addition, the event offers extensive networking opportunities, matchmaking tools and workshops aimed at collaboration and knowledge sharing. These sessions help businesses adapt to changing markets and consumer demands.

With thousands of exhibitors and tens of thousands of visitors, SIAL is a B2B event that plays a key role in connecting producers, distributors, retailers and technology partners.
