Why participate SIMI?
SIMI at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, Pavillon 1 is an annual international B2B trade fair for the professional real estate sector. The event brings together the entire real estate value chain, including investors, project developers, real estate funds, financiers, construction companies, architects, engineers, operators, technology companies and public authorities. Visitors come to present projects, assess investment opportunities, meet business partners and find solutions for the development, renovation and operation of buildings and urban areas.
The programme consists of an extensive exhibition floor, business meetings, plenary conferences, thematic sessions, practical presentations and award ceremonies. Central topics are real estate investments, area development, the transformation of existing buildings, housing, energy performance, decarbonization, artificial intelligence, PropTech, logistics real estate, data centers and new use models. The fair also pays attention to the role of real estate in economic development, regional attractiveness and the redevelopment of former industrial and city sites.
SIMI has been organized since 2001 and was historically known as the Salon de l’Immobilier d’Entreprise. The current name and positioning as Salon de l’Investissement Immobilier reflect the broader focus on investment, urban transformation and different real estate categories. In 2025, the event moved to Paris Expo Porte de Versailles and hosted 26,052 professionals and 470 exhibitors. This makes SIMI one of the most important French meeting places for professional real estate.
