Business Contact Days Bruges is a regional B2B networking event aimed at entrepreneurs and SME players from North-West Flanders, with exhibitors from sectors such as services, industry, construction, retail, logistics and ICT. The fair will take place in the BMCC building in Bruges, which, thanks to its central location and spacious layout (±4,500 m²), is ideal for face-to-face meetings, speed dating sessions and keynotes on themes such as sustainability and future-proof entrepreneurship.
The Bruges edition was launched in 2022, with 160 exhibitors and ±4 200 visitors; In 2024, the second edition took place with 150 exhibitors and 4,361 visitors, mainly from the region. Organisers Xpo Group and Voka-West-Vlaanderen are sticking to the formula “doing business in your own region” and opt for an alternate schedule: Bruges in even years, Kortrijk in odd years (in 2025 the edition will run via Kortrijk). A 20th edition has already taken place in 2025 in other cities, the next Bruges edition is planned for 2026.
The programme includes two days of networking, an inspiring opening keynote (e.g. by Stefaan Vandist), speed dating commuters, a job platform and local exhibitors. The goal: to connect entrepreneurs, generate new leads and stimulate knowledge sharing in a cosy, regional setting where business partners and suppliers can also find each other. The event is suitable for professionals of all company sizes who want to grow efficiently in their region.

Bereikbaarheid
Business Contact Days Bruges takes place in the BMCC (Exhibition, Meeting and Congress Centre) at Beursplein 1, 8000 Bruges, within walking distance of the city centre and station.
The BMCC is easily accessible by train, bus, bicycle and car.
There are P+R parking options with free shuttles/bus tickets to the city centre (including Coiseaukaai, Centrum Station); The city center is partly car-free, but public parking garages at ‘t Zand and Station are nearby.
